Replacement Policy
ZiggyZog offers a 3-day replacement window for eligible products if the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
When replacement is available
Replacement may be accepted when the product is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered.
How to request replacement
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and share clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.
If the replacement request is for a damaged product received, including outer box damage, we require an unboxing video recorded on the day of receipt along with a clear video of the damaged product. Kindly return the product with its original packing and contents.
Important notes
Replacement may not be available for damage after use, missing packaging, or a wrong selection made by the customer. Product colour or design may vary slightly where mentioned on the product page.
